No. It shows the suspected comments first and deletes only the ones you pick, after you confirm. On YouTube the channel owner's own comments are skipped, and comments with many likes are protected.
Where do my comments go?
The check history is stored only on this Mac. For the AI check, the comment text alone passes through the SpamCut server to get a verdict and is neither stored nor logged.
What happens to my credit if I change Macs?
No sign-up: the app gets a SpamCut number the first time it runs, and your free daily allowance and any credit you buy are kept under it. Keep that number and your receipts.
